hi all

as it stands we have 10 members attending simply ford with us . I need to give final numbers to the organiser's on Monday so I will add another couple of spaces and room for the club gazebo

I shall be looking at getting there for 7.30 ish . I will have the kettle and tea n coffee so bring a mug and a comfy chair

I was a bit concerned today when uncovering the cab to give it a run.

I can't remember the last time I drove it so it's been a while!

 

No need to worry, put the battery on and it didn't even turn over, just fired up straight away with no problems whatsoever.

Finally drove it today ,needs a little bit more setting up tho. Took it home because it's my wife's birthday and she did not know I have had it for two years in my lock up,here face says it all lol.

Nice, definitely prefer the black to the orange & the Cossie wheels are a favourite. quite amusing seeing the E30 cab down the road in the first pic with it's bonnet up... wonder what was wrong with that? lol, weren't the E21/E30 and Escort the only cabs of their era with a glass rear screen too? (or maybe them and the A1 Golf?)

He's had that Beemer for years!
