Hi all, I suspect I may have a faulty air temp sensor on my 1.6 efi engine. Does anyone know what resistance readings to expect on this at say 20*c. thanks in advance for any help

There is a thermal cutout beside the relays at the pump, sounds like it is operating then cooling down after a few seconds then remaking. I had the same problem before, very annoying

Might be a bit late to reply to this but i think the pot can only be adjusted when the ecu is in diagnostic mode, will have to go back to my notes on the engine to see if this is the case, if so you may have to get a tester like the gunson to put the ecu in diagnostic mode and take ot from there as per the instructions. Also check your plugs to see what colour they are,black for a rich mixture etc

Had the same problem as you at the same time,Nothing stolen just smashed the passenger window and ripped off the wing mirror,it was during the really wet weather we had here in Scotland so the interior was totally drenched. BASTARDS hanging isnt good enough

Hi my washer bottle warning light has come on. I have plenty of water and the washers are working fine, does anyone know if this light has a dual function and if so what other problem could it be indicating. Many thanks for any suggestions
