Admin Ollie Posted April 6, 2014 Admin Share Posted April 6, 2014 hello peeps This is something that has come up a few times in the club when at shows etc as most will no we have a new addition to the family and as we want to keep attending the shows as a family we had a few options put Nicholas in the front seat and alice in the back .. not very comfy for long journeys bring the focus to all the shows.. to expensive so after fitting the isofix bracket in the st focus our daily drive I thought I would try something bracket brought from fords isofix fitted to the focus before fitting the bracket to the focus I thought I would try it and see if I could bolt it through the floor of the escort but hey presto the bracket holes line up to the original rear seat belt fixings so no drilling required isofix bracket fitted to the cabriolet now for obvious reasons while Nicholas is traveling in the back the roof will stay up due to safety reasons and of course the intense heat we have here in England lol but once the next seat is purchased which is the pearl and sits forward facing :>) the base fitted some details on the base The Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base is compatible with Maxi-Cosi Pebble, Maxi-Cosi Cabriofix and Maxi-Cosi Pearl car seats, providing easy of use from birth until 4 years.
