Well after mostly stripping my cab for parts, I've decided to rebuild it again! Will be a new colour etc, I'll upload some pics later, but I'll make sure she sees the road again! First job is to get it rolling again!

id try both ways mate, you could try it with it closed first though so it doesnt move as much,

You can't remove the pins on them, it is a dash out job and you'll need to remove the speaker pod to get to the bottom hinge, and something like a trolley jack to support the door when its open, its easier as a two man job to be honest

That may be the door stop damage? Dash needs to come out ideally to get to the hinges for movement, this will give you lift, if you want it pulled in you need to move the part on the door b pillar, loosen the hex and move inwards, but that won't give too much at the end you have the problem

whats the gaps like around the rest of the door? do you need the door lifted or pulled in? bearing in mind if the door gaps are ok everywhere else when you make the top better the rest will be out

rs turbo rads are shorter and have an extra outlet. if it was mine id just replace it with a new standard one

ive read bad things about it too, same with that coolant that changes colour when head gasket goes, cant beat old fashioned coolant in my opinion!
