hi i have an e reg 1.6 fuel injection xr3i cab when i try to start some times the relay kicks in and the car starts it would not tick over so i adjusted screw and now ticks over but next time i try to start it you cant hear the relay and it will not start some one said it could be the relay or the ignition module how do i check before buying parts also i can get a donner car for £100 which is same model but an f plate but the ignition module is at the bottom of the distributer and mine is at

hi,i have just bought a mk3 cab and there is no head unit.the wires have been cut.there is a very old block connector with about 5 wires in,another 5 ish in a black sleeve then i think the rest are speaker wires.how do i wire a head unit up to these wires (if that makes sense).lol. cheers
