    Fuel Pump On A Mk4

    Just fitted a new bosch fuel pump to the "all white" as the old 1 got noiesy when hot.Just driven back from garage 5 miles its crackling a wee bit. Do these new pumps need time to "bed in" or should it be nice & quiet.Cant put the old 1 back on as i had to cut the wires off original plugs. I've contacted the seller on ebay to see if he has any more.   Can any one enlighten me plz.   cheers stumpy1
