Rotor Arm Help

Hi all really need some help with the rotor arm...

 

currently my car has the 6500 rev limited arm.. post-15443-0-61429300-1463258623_thumb.jpg

 

these are starting to get rare. i got 2 from car parts 4 less but im wondering if i can change to the other type. post-15443-0-51486700-1463258724_thumb.jpg

 

any advice would be great...

All you need is the cap and rotor arm from a non-injection version with the Bosch cap.

 

Had it on all my old xr3i models. The power drops off around 5000rpm if you leave it in. Doesn't work well if you have a cam that is working until over 6000 rpm having a restrictor like that.

OK so I can fit the other type of arm?? My system is bosch.

I have loads of new caps which will work with the arm.

Just making sure I'm safe using it.
