I thought id posted about my car previously but after a half hour search i cant find it, so here goes.

I bought the car years ago as spares for one i already had, a MK4 White Cab fitted with Auto gearbox, but quickly realised the manual box was better. Here is the car as it looked then

I decided black was too boring a colour, so the car was fully stripped and resprayed in a SP FX Orange

The car then got fully rebuilt, and the exhaust upgraded to look a bit nicer. The windows got tinted while they were out.

This is the car as it looks today with 17" alloys instead of the 15"s, and front spotlights now fitted

After a few years of using the standard XR3i engine, i really wanted to turbo it. As i was already running the EFI engine and loom, i was on the hunt for the Fiesta RST engine as i was led to believe that that was the easiest route to go. I finally managed to get hold of an engine and most of the bits i needed just before Christmas last year. Now the weather is a bit nicer i've been out and started the change.

Now just need to get the cooling system piped up, fit the exhaust and intercooler, and go research the wiring changes needed to get it running. Hopefully it will be back on the road for the summer!
