Guest bantamboy Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 hi all got quite a bit done today pica above are off new fuel filter and bracket cleaned and painted black fitted this today then removed starter motor what a pig of a job to remove this will be taken to a local guy who hopefully can sort the weird noise it makes once the car has started. this should be sorted over the next week or two still debating wheather to renew the clutch as this is a bit high mite save this for a winter job . Guest bantamboy Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 well ive managed to get a bit of time on the cab this week fitted starter motor and now works fine also I have fitted the sportex exhaust system and have to say after waiting a lifetime for it to be delivered it is a good fit and sounds good also this week I have removed the damaged front bumper I have another waiting for me to paint here are some pics Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest bantamboy Posted May 3, 2015 Share Posted May 3, 2015 not done much recently but fitted my wheels which will be refurbed soon looking for a set of 60mm lowering springs at a reasonable price if anyone can help also might tackle putting a new clutch in soon and getting on with the bodywork. Guest Alanis Posted May 31, 2015 Share Posted May 31, 2015 took a look at the roof motor today and found the resovoir split this the clear pot with max and min marked on it so I need a replacement also bought a set of alloys from a neighbour today for £40 quid with 3 good tyres here is a pic and a pic of my boot spoiler I bought very cheap tyres! if you need more, try with this web, http://mytyres.co.uk, my experience with them was good and the prices are reasonable Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
