Guest we'll_always_be_blue
my mk4 roof will only go down if i push it up about a foot to start it off, after that it carries on on its own. there's no problem with the closing, just when i try to open it, any ideas? welshlad
Try opening the roof with the key valve open on the pump and then open and close it manually 3-4 times then close the valve and try it with the switch again that should solve it

gingergman
Is the oil level in the pump ok? If its low it will struggle
