Guest Couscous720 Posted April 3, 2014 Share Posted April 3, 2014 Hi i got my car a few moths back and i thaught the starter holding coil had gone but i was bumping it to get around and i have found that now i have a short that is draining the battery i only used it like twice cince the starter went for short journeys. The indercaters dont turn off and the drivers side rear light cluster turns all the lighs on when i turn on the lights (but its been like that a few weeks) can anyone help? Vincygav Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 Sounds like your indicator/headlight stalk unit is gone. I guess it would be the XR3i MTX75 starter motor as it bolts onto the gearbox flange. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
