Guest El87cabi
Hi all Two little things i could do with information and pref pictures of, 1. Does anyone reading this have central locking on the boot of their cabriolet or did Ford not bother? If someone does and its standard pls take some photo's so i can see what i need to dig out/scrounge 2. (And this 1's been bugging me for ages) I'd really like to know (and see via picture if at all possible) How, where, and with what my ***** ****ing god damn trip computer is wired up to my cabi with, the haynes manual gives u sod all info really, plus its for the mfi. Here's what (i think) i know. I am missing 1 section of wiring from the comp to the loom, it connects i believe in the same place as 1 of the auxiliary looms (windows, mirrors, locks, i forget) As far as i am aware the Speed sender unit is defo there and the yellow cable is connected, but there is another plug taped up. I assume i have a fuel tank sender unit for it, there are two plug and they're both connected Finally, i need to know where and or what the fuel flow sensor would go or be in the efi. Any help would be greatly appreciated (as would the bits i'm missing for the comp lol) Thanks in advance, el
Guest s6boy1979
As far as i know central lock was never fitted as standard on the cabs but i have heard and seen people fit the central locking from the Orion to the cab. As for the trip, do a google search on how to wire this up as i have come across a few guides, there is one on passionford and one on the XROC. They do wire up different on the mfi and efi. I fitted one to my efi and worked fine.
