Guest dave29 Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 hi guys. im thinking of changing the passenger door on the all blue as its quite dented and scraped...........not by me lol.but am i best repairing and repainting the origional door or replacing the door for a good straight one and repainting?.............just a bit concerned about the paint not matching up n it looking crap. i dont recon i,ll find a all blue door so whats the best option? cheers guys. gingergman Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 If your one is rot free underneath then id repair it. If however there is alot of rust aswell as damage then id look for a new door. Repairing the current door will save you hassel of taking the door off and lining a new one up as there a pain to do. Guest dave29 Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 cheers guys. dont suppose you know what colour it is do you john lol? wernt you breaking a all blue a while ago gingerman? funnily enough gingerman the passenger door is soild with no rust just a few dents n scrapes but the drivers door is starting to rust through on the bottom edge but its dent n pretty much scrape free lol. sods law or what. i,ll have a look to see what maido has parts wise.cheers john.
