Guest MaureenIanPowell
first thing is to buy a workshop manual and a full engine gasket set, then just take your time and go step by step.we all had to start somewhere. also if it helps take photo's of the complete engine rebuild.do as many as you like from start to finnish.finaly GOOD LUCK.Ian

Guest limoloony
I`ve bought an `84 cab thats been converted to a rs turbo and just wanted to know if anyone has had any problems with it when it boosts. It drove fine for 280 mile trip back from brighton but when it boosts it goes flat and misfires. It`s fine when you take it easy. The fella who sold it to me said it has a cosworth actuator on the turbo. Think he`s messed it up a bit but i`m more than willing to sort this out as i love the mk3 cabs. I reckon they look the dogs and love em to bits. I guess it`s a boyhood dream to own one and i`ll do whatever it takes to put this beauty right....please help.
