Chris Posted August 22, 2011 Share Posted August 22, 2011 mk4 yeah, If its stretch to the point that the lever is vertical, then your going to have to get underneath, Get the front as high as you can, and reach up between the manifold and radiator, you should feel a little catch push that to the right(as your looking up) and it should ping open. Guest shaun Posted August 22, 2011 Share Posted August 22, 2011 Try pulling the bonnet pull and have someone push on the bonnet some times this helps... If this fail's then as Chris said you may have to jack it up a little but you can feel the cable if still on there..
