Guest murcus
im currently doing the same to mine, just still re painting the bay, due to wrong color but... ok you allreayy have the k jetronic model, so take out the old loom, and cut at drivers seat as the wiring from there is for the tail lights etc, then connect up the rs turbo loom from there unless you are planning changing everything, you need to change the fuel pump, and the metering unit also you cant use the xr3 loom as it doesnt support the fuelling for the turbo lump. while the engines out, would be a good ideah to put in new shell bearings, and rings new rings are about 60 pounds, and another 60 for crank and rod bearings, new gasket set is around the same with stretch bolts and with the kit you will recieve valve stem seals, which 9/10 would need replacing anyhow Edited May 1, 2011 by murcus
