Guest derrick
just need a second opinion when im driving my car and im on theee lovely smooth roads that britain have when i go over any pot holes or bumps my car shudders slightly and ive checked to make sure nothing is loose so im thinking its the suspension ive had a look and my h plate mk5 cabbie has bogie suspension all round is this the standard items that the car came with my car has 95000 on the clock so i think its time to replace the complete shocks and springs ive seen jamex and g max kits for my car for £255 and £199 respectively are these any good? gingergman
it will shake and shudder driving down pot holes, that will just bugger the car up. if you push down on a corner and the car bounces up and down i think like more than once then the shocks are worn and could do with replacing. gingergman
these old escorts are a harsh bumpy ride anyway, the state of the roads just doesnt help, if your still thinking of getting a full gmax setup then they are a very good upgrade, but will stiffen the ride more making it more bumpy lol
