Guest ROJ
Afternoons chaps, Had a big fright today as Stephanie took off a bit sharpish from the lights - my seat (passenger side) shot backwards as if the catch hadn't caught. When I tried moving it forward again it just kept sliding back. We pulled over and I had a look under the seat. On each side there are catches with three teeth wich engage with the holes on the runner. On one side, one of the teeth had sheared off. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and can I get a new part without changing the whole seat over? I will be sitting in the back for a while! gingergman
if you can find a seat in the scrappy you should be able to just swap the runners over from seat to seat, aslong as its the part on the seat subframe thats damaged and not runners on the car, not sure what the runners are like on a p reg? anyway if its the seat subframe them you can just swap them over, bolt off bolt on job. hope that kinda helps.
