Guest Sicoleath Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 Hi, I want to fit my 17" Alloys, but the rear O/S wheel catches the (standard) arch most of the time,the spring is fine and the arm seems to be sitting correctly. Ive considered getting heavy duty springs or just another pair of standard springs but before i do i wanted to know if this a common problem with 17's or do they normally fit ok? Guest planetrover Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 iirc you may have to roll the arches or grind back the lip on the inside of it.thats what i had to do to get 17's on my s2 rst with a 40mm drop on the suspension it would catch when you hit a bump in the road.
