gingergman
id save yourself the hassel and get a bodyshop to spray it, it wont cost much more in the long run and will look loads better, and be done quicker, but if you wanna do it yourself then just make sure its fully rubbed down and prepped properly getting rid of any rust, trouble with painting outside in the winter is there is damp in the air, you wont get a good finish and it wont last if damp gets under the paint on a cold panel. also use pre paint to wipe the bonnet before sparying. wheel bolts, try ebay, there cheap on there, or if you after used ones i have a few full sets in my garage id sell. hope this helps.
