Regards to preping you body work, using a primer is a good idea, it will protect but more importantly it will show up all the imperfections, which you can remidy before going to the body shop. I know its crazy but shaving foam will do a great job of cleaning the inside of your roof and it doesn't attack your hands or anything else!!!!!!!!!!
