I have changed the coil, i have changed the distributor, i have changed the ecu's (both fuel and igntion), i have tested the coil by linking the negative to the battery and have still had no joy. My cabbie is a mk4 g reg escort, but i have placed in a full 90 spec turbo loom, full mk3 s1 engine and gearbox, with s2 fuel injection setup. I have been out there trying to get it started now for a couple of weeks with no joy. Let me know if you have any luk as i may have the same problem as you.
