Guest eddie Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 hello mate from what i have heard in the past 75bhp of nos will blow your engine as it to much for the engine to handle unless your car is running around 200to 250 bhp then it could most properly handle the extra 75bhp of nos i think they generally recommend 25bhp kit for a standard or lightly modded car hope this helps. escortcabrioletclub Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 75 shot in a cvh ? i would like to see what happens ......... ok its a big no no 75shot what engine is it anyway ? for me i wouldnt want to put noz into a cvh unless a new uprated one ..... bigest problem will be oil starvation on a cvh ....... im no exspert on noz ...... but have been running it for 4 years on 3 difrent engines ..... im useing it on my v6 at the moment but im on a progressive controula .... i dont like puting lots of load on the engine in 1 hit depending on the size of your bottle its £4.90 a pound plus vat my bottle costs £69.70 to fill and lasts under 2 mins lol but then you dont use it all the time lol hope that helps ..... in the engine section i think theres still a good link and wright up on noz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest eddie Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 you can still use the nos kit you have bought just replace the 75bhp jets with 25bhp jets and see how you go (like a rocket) if it all stays together which it should if the engine is in really good working order anyway good luck and let us know what happens.
