Guest ZER0-C00l Posted February 2, 2008 Share Posted February 2, 2008 is the a guide on fiting a roof on here? im changing the complete roof on a mk4 but now its fitted it wont close, its really tight. also the back window sags ike the back part of the frame isnt pulling back but ive conected the straps up for this. maybe ive put it on in the wrong sequence? Guest Brutus Posted February 3, 2008 Share Posted February 3, 2008 When i had the new roof fitted the guy had to 'Winch' it shut with straps for that very reason. Then i had to keep it closed for a week until the adhesive set. he said in summer it's a lot easier as the vinyl stretches............also said WHITE vinyl is a Biatch compared to Black Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
