Blower Problem

hi guys and gals, my blower don't work, fuse and switch are ok, the problem is there is no power getting to the switch, can u help, cheers

is it a mark 5 , by any chance, all though the fuse is good .......check when the fuse is in by putting your meter on the metal of the fuse and check each piece of metal to earth you should see 12v.......if it is the same fault as my mk 5 its the fuseboard.......if so let me know and ill show u a temp fix.

hubby been out there again tryin to sort me stereo out when something went pop and now the blower works, work that one out, confused.com lol, and yes it is a mk5

My blower doesn't work either! and yeah its a mk5b! temp repair would be great but really i need a new fuse box!

sounds like a loose lead behind the radio and you disturbed it and shorted it to earth(bodywork)

obviosly a curse on the mk5 mine dont work either checked switch and fuses just assumed it was the motor wot else could be the problem and ill check cheers
