WOW !!! :wow:

That rad was proper fu##ed mate lol !!!

The rust is not that bad, one of the peeps on here sorted his while he was waiting for his engine to be rebuilt and it was worse than yours, take back the surrounding paint and rust, treat with rust eater, if the holes are for things to bolt on and are badly corroded just weld penny washers on, prime that badboy then paint it, or, just get a new slam panel, theres loads on ebay brand new and reasnably priced too !!!

See you at the meet !!!

yes, was treated itstantly before the bumper was re-fitted...but has penatrated to a rizla paper in places(doesnt affect the fittings though) so would like to get get a few patches welded in there...next couple of weeks... full front panel if i find one cheap enough.

moved onto the front end...............roll bar bushes , clamps , bolts , track rod ends , control arms ................ found a few patches under the wheel arches (both side)where the fixings screw through. pics to follow,,,passengerside complete just needs torque settings applied,,,, but the problem is the lower ball joint retaining bolt....drivers side............ torx fitting rounded of, welded in with rust, threads on the rear knackered the nut just spun round the bolt........

GRINDER!!!!!!!!!!!!! came out both ends OFF.....Am now six broken drill bits in and have just got the final sizes to bore through........... pics to follow.......... but the hub, disc, callipers both sides need serious attention asap on both sides, oh and the strutts and spring are shot to shit aswell,

Well thats all for now, gonna crack on for a bit, get some pics uploaded.. One good point, i recieved my new graphics card for my pc so this is my first post not sneeked on my girls laptop while she's out..hehehe
