  1. Ok. Rough guide to prices would be as follows: Front seats: approx. £500.00 Front / rear seats: approx. £800.00 Front / rear seats plus four door cards: approx. £1,000.00 These are guide prices, obviously - other factors such as embroidery, additional interior trim, etc would all have to be taken into consideration before a final price was offered. If anybody is looking for quotes for specific work, feel free to either PM me on here or drop an email to simonlee@uk2.net
  2. Black leather with orange stitching, if I remember rightly? Just seats or seats and door cards?
  3. That'd be the same "Jap crap car" that you were making moon-eyes over on Friday night eh, John?
  4. UPDATE: I've been hard at work and so I present, for your viewing pleasure, piccies of the completed driver's seat! Last night....
  5. If you can send me some photos of the seats, it'll give me an idea of what sort of repair work's involved in getting them back up to scratch for you. As for the scripting: if you want your own design then you'd just need to knock up a decent resolution and size JPEG (the bigger the better!) and it can be worked from there. I'm waiting on my supplier getting back to me with a price for white leather at the moment. My concern is that it could be a different shade to the existing leather so, what I'd do is send you a sample to compare and, if you were happy with the colour match, we'd take it from there. You can email the pictures to me at simonlee@uk2.net Cheers!
  6. Hi Gregg, John mentioned your car to me a couple of weeks ago. I take it your seats are the same as his then - the XR3i Recaro type (but not RS Turbo type)? I can see what sort of replacement foam is available for that style of seats for you. John thought you might want Recaro LS seats putting in in their place instead... I'll get some white leather costed up and get back to you, mate. The difference between the two quotes would probably be about £50 or thereabouts. Si.
  7. Lee: I'll be honest here and say that I've never tried a dash before. The saving grace with Escorts is that the dash is quite square so I'd be willing to have a bash at that. Not 100% sure on the carpet situation as that's something I've never even considered! Everything else though: hell yeah! Feeble: it's bloody hard work and massively complicated. I'm not surprised they've shied away from trimming seats, mate!!
  8. Lee, When you say your want your interior trimming in cream/charcoal, what sort of split are you after? EG; cream outers, charcoal cushions? And would you be looking to have the carpet supplied by me and the dash trimmed as well? Si.
  9. Cheers for those pics. If people wanted something other than the Recaro logo embroidering, that's not a problem. It'll basically be a case of a customer deciding what colour leather they want, what colour stitching and what (if any) embelishment they want adding. Requests such as orange stitching or two tone leather are simple to sort. Big question is: would people want their own seats retrimming or would they prefer to buy a full new set already trimmed...?
  10. Black with orange stitching: no problem. Black / white with blue stitching: no problem.
  11. Seeing as you're all talking about me... As John said, I'm currently looking into retrimming a full Escort interior - I'd probably give the option of the buyer choosing the leather colour and stitching colour, and whether they wanted the normal Recaro badges putting in or having the logo embroidered as has been done on the ivory seat above. And I'll sort out some hi-res pics shortly too!
