  1. Skippy is going to woken from his winter nesting tomorrow.......cant wait for him to come out and play again!

  2. Allen, before i forget to mention it, my mate next door just got some new bottom headlight adjusters for his Mk3 and the ball bit and cup on the end is bigger in the Mk4 headlight (like the one in your piccy), so he had to grind the ball bit down to make it fit the Mk3 cup and headlight. Take care and look forward to more piccies once you have covered the boxes with carpet. Avril
  3. That looks really great Allen.....we shall hear you coming at the shows! ha! Where are you going to carry your spare parts though now you have the boot full! ha! Look forward to seeing the piccies with the finished coverings. Take care Avril

  17. Hi, Really good piccies, its nice to see them all in convoy...is that show in Ireland? We are thinking of having a trip over there this year and it would be good to know if there are some good shows and when they are! Thanks Avril
  18. Dennis, I also need to know what to call these bits as well. Piccy one is the swivel bits that sit on the end of the seat tilt mechanism that allows the seat back to rotate forward and back! Piccy 2 is of the lifter bits to operate the tilt forward Piccy 3 is the finishing plates that fix to the outer and inner sides of the seat at the bottom/back.
  19. Dennis, Here's the piccy ......I need to know what to call them! ha!
  20. I really need to win the lottery this week so I can leave work! ha!

  21. Hi Millmoo, there is some fabric roof restorer on ebay....I got some black to try and used it on the door rubber bits (the bits that tend to fade purple) and it worked a treat. I am sure they do it in different colours. This is a link to the stuff I got, they don't seem to have any red advertised buts its worth asking. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BLUE-CONVERTIBLE-CAR-HOOD-ROOF-COLOUR-REVIVER-RESTORER-/370456853290?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5640f2fb2a Hope it helps Thanks Avril
  22. What a happy cabby Nigel.....glad you got the piccy posting to work! ha! the cabby just needs a happy name now. Avril
  23. I took some piccies so I will post them up soon! HAppy Christmas everyone! Thanks Avril xxx
  24. Dave, when I replaced my front ones I found that the passenger side speaker cover could be wedged up just by undoing the 2 dash bolts by the door....but the drivers side has a shelf under the steering wheel in the dash and you have to undo more of the dash on the drivers side to enable it to slide up behind without breaking the cover. I found that if you undid the centre dash screw thats hidden behind the heater controls as well as the ones by the doors it allows it to come out enought to slot the covers up both sides. And yes the rear speakers are the same size as the fronts....all 10cm (4"). thanks Avril
