Is this safe if it gets on paintwork? Can it be applied where there is also waxoil underseal present in areas?

thought id wack a few pics on, seeing as its time this year will soon be over! so far only a few problems to look at over winter, a blowing exhaust (downpipe) the burning oil issue, and the aftermarket central locking box constantly hanging down from behind the dash whatever i do lol, oh and the clock didgets are giving up! first pic is a santa pod entrance photo, then the next two are professional ones from the classic ford website A couple from other shows Two from tonight, getting it ready for this weekends show, dark nights drawing in isnt helping with show prep I know its not a cabriolet but hey! this is my orion ive had for a couple of months now, brought it totally original etc, already put a lot of work into it to get it up to scratch, loving this little old car!

new hoists are cheap on ebay, ive brought two now for under 120 delivered, used them for what ive needed and then sold them for 100 after!! my friend done the same, its what il do again if i need one.

ive noticed mine does this when i wash it, open the doors and theres alot of water sat on the rubbers, if it was sat in continuios rain i imagine it would leak into the car. never bothered to look into it though as it only gets wet when washed. are yours from east kent trim? ive had a few other problems with there other rubbers too

Had a good day today, best show I've been to this year I reckon. Way home left a lot to be desired though, long delays etc, and when I was nearly home a motorcyclist decided to hit me, he was traveling towards me in the middle of the road, a very loud bang, he nearly fell off, carried on riding so i carried on. That moment when you stop to get out and have a look to see any damages, to my relief the body is unmarked, the front wheel has 3 marks and paint missing, assume the wing mirror got hit too what added to the thud, but no damage except the wheel, I was expecting the wing to be dented in or something! Glad to just chuck the thing in the garage and leave it! Other than that, I had a excellent day!

the dipsticks are the same on all cvh engines. all mine have twisted around a bit if pushed, believe they just push in

None of them are numbered, if someone says there's is, there lying or been lied to by the previous owner lol. There's more than 500 of them, people jump on the band wagon and say there rare, only 500 etc, both wrong! Still a nice model to have though. A realistic price is between 2-3k, above 3k for a seriously tidy one. Plenty advertised for silly money, none sell though!

If enough thread is sticking out put two small nuts on it, do them up then lock them together, then undo the first nut and it will wind the bolt out.

id get a decent auto electrician to give it the once over, save the headaches and guessing games. recently had one look at my mk4, saved me so much aggro!
