    i have one, where abouts are you? its a powerflow system with a outward rolled tip, i had it made at powerflow, comes with a downpipe and flexi welded to complete the system, its a straight through and done around 3k miles if that! im after 120 as its mint and cost me a load to get done.

    asuming its a mk3/4, you will struggle to get a standard heat shield for it, rare! wrappng the exhaust will help, thats what ive done. the starters always get hot on these, but a new one should last years!

    i totally agree with this, trouble ive had with newer cars!! all error codes and crap, not easy to sort yourself, and expensive. cars were better when they were more simples!

    you can get them new for about 60, be careful tho you need the boss to match the make of the wheel

    it dont include ones that are declared sorn and dont think it covers all modles on a search, only specific like SE for example, you cant do a all mk5 search etc

    na its not worth it, up close its totally buggered, not alot worth much on it. its been there for so long that i doubt they would sell it anyway, must have some kind of sentimental value, why else would you have to walk around it to get to your front door everytime without getting hashed off

    this mk3 has been sat for years, ive know it there for about 8 years, and it was a state then! poor old thing! but they obviously have there reasons for keeping it what is fair enough!

    buy the same as was there before, if the fuel gauge is the other way round it wont team up with the fuel sender unit properly

    take the front screen out, water starts to rot the lip out, and the lower corners, i never and mine has bubbles starting, i took the screen out and there was a hole in a diff place.
