Is yours a mk5 1.6 cvh if so i managed to get a new in tank pump for mine. Let me know and i will dig out the details,it was quite reasonable in price to, i think a ford one was £300 if you could still by them, but i think i only paid £50 or less.

If not that have you checked all the leads from the coil pack to the spark plugs, gotta do all the basics first realy

Am guessing its an si model with the lights built in as standard,i have a few bits left on a yellow si i am breaking,if intersted will see if i still have the front spoiler with lights in.

Send a message to Maido or Gingerman, they always breaking cabs,might be able to get a set off carefully . Chances of new set coming up is rare,being looking myself for 3 years and have never seen a new set come up.

Try Fords, if not euro car parts for new. If no joy send a pm to either Maido or Gingerman, they break cabs all the time. Good luck.

Looks fantastic m8,great job, do you think the rear drums look a bit strange in red ? perhaps wheel colour or magenta might look better,no being critical just my own personal opinion,top work tho,bet you are proud of it.

Silly question but have you got an alarm fitted,as my efi fiesta sometimes wont start until i reset the alarm,failing that you need to do all the basics on electric supply, faulty earths,up to damaged leads,can be frustrating but usually something stuipid.

Welcome to the the club,am doing a mk5 up myself,some parts are difficult to source as mk5,s were not built in as many numbers as other models.

Not a classic car realy,80,s cars seem to be be the cars people want.My advice is if you have the room sorn it for 6 months and use it for the summer. If you sell it you not get alot for it,look on ebay or other sites, you will see they sell for £100 up to £1500 max ,unless they are dealers cars sold with warranty.
