  2. Hi, i changed one on mine mate and wasnt that bad. I just used a typical silicone bathroom sealer tube and cut the bottom of it. This worked well cause it was hard plastic. Just make sure its sits centre before tapping it home. The hardest part was making sure the cam belt went on again in teh same place. Plenty of tip ex did that tho Use a genuine seal, £20 from Fords Paul
