Sounds like you need a new fan mate, if thats happening its because the fan is drawing more current than it should, hence blowing the fuse

Is it the electric antenna relay ? has it got heated front screen. These are the only 2 relays that should live hidden behind the dash unless its a aftermarket one for a alarm etc

There is no relay for the washer motor, the picture on the fuse box is for the varible wipe. Surgest the motor might be faulty

If the car is a 88 E plate it will not have the option for speed control. So you will not have the relay. Has your car got a dial on the right around the switch to alter speed? Paul
