I Bought a white 1986 Mk4 Cabby last year, I've slowly been putting things right and now it's time to sort the rust and get a respray. Does anyone know of a good bodyshop in or around Staffordshire that will do a decent job for a decent price. I took the car to a garage that I have used in the past (A1 of Stafford) and the bloke basically told me where to go, he obviously wasn't interested. Needless to say neither my car nor any of my work vans will be going there again! Any help on this would

Hello, Some may allready know me     OK, so ive har the car a week, roofs been working with no problems. Put it down fine the other day, but i think i must have held the switch too long. When i came to put the roof up it wouldnt come up.   Ive just been out and you can hear the pump, the roof will move up or down if you help it a little.   From what ive read im guessing its the cog? :throw:

Hello folks   Was just wondering how easy it would be to swap a wiring loom from a mk4 to a mk3.   I have a mk3 cab, that apparently was originally a GL. ???????. Did they make such a model, according to the fella i bought it off (who owned it for 14yrs) it never had a rev counter but a clock in place, but had the computer warning lights at the top.
