Hi ive lowerd my escort mk6 around 40mm i think using standerd shocks and just lowering springs, basicly its been done on the cheap to get my escort cosworth wheels on but the bottom or the car scrapes to much and ibe had enough   what suspension set ups are available to give my car no more than a 20-30mm drop?   coilovers or suspension units im not bother i just want to sort out the ride before i sell it or change the wheels   matty

Ive bought a RS rear spoiler to fit onto my mk6 cab, not the saloon type but the curved over one   like markyboys sorry nicked picture lol     how do you fit this as my boot has a duck tail type flic on the end so it will not mount flush?   do i need to buy a new boot?

hey, ive been having some problems with my alarm on my cab, not really too sure how any of you can help but here goes anyway,   ive got a 95' cabby Si, and all i know about the alarm is that its got an oval remote that says GT on it. can't find anywhere in the history thats its a new alarm fitted or anything so guessing its a factory one.   basically the alarm will set, but when i press the button again it just keeps going off and wont turn its self off for quite awhile and its getting annoy
