hi can anyone help and point me in the right direction i have an escort mk4 rs turbo 1.6 mfi i have been building for the last year now and is almost finished now untill i bought a dodgy fuel meetring unit which coused the engine to over fuel so bad that it coused the engine to seize ,iv managed to free the engine up and i have replaced the meetering unit and oil but i am now getting fuel leaking into the sump i can smell the fuel from the oil filler and have now lost compression in 2-3

Hi All   Thank you everyone that posted on my previous topic about needing a new gearbox. Turned out I did need a replacement, and after about 4 weekends spend under my car, I finally managed to replace the old one, and add a new clutch as well.   I took the car to the garage to get the alignment checked, and got the Front N/S wheel bearing replaced at the same time.   Driving the car home this morning I noticed a slight whine that happens when in gear, that increases as I accelerate. right dropping a fez turbo engine in the cab its running mfi at the mo got everything i need for the conversion that was until i was told i needed to change the fuel tank to 1 of a escort running an efi engine is this true or can i use the tank and fuel pump from the efi engine??? cheers mark
