Can anyone tell me what this noise could be an how to fix it . I have a M reg Escort cab and When the car is standing still or moving it makes a mad noise like a angle grinder cutting metal . when i reach 2000 rpm it starts to make the angle grinder noise an it stops at 3000 rpm . Can any one tell me what this could be please .........

Hi all,   I am having a bit of a nightmare with my cab!! 1.6 efi   There seems to be water coming into the airbox via the breather pipe??   And also the exhaust is sptitting out water quite alot but no loss of coolant from header tank at all.   What would cause this?   If anything there is too much water in the header tank?   This on top of the idle problem i have i am slowly loosing the will to live...   Any advice would be most grateful.
