Try Nathan @ TURBO BUILDZ.. Google that name and his site will arrive before ye eyes. Lovely bloke and quite the knowledge on zetec and zvh turbo engines and will install for you as well.

did u put the s2 engine in. i put turbo in my mk 4 escort no problem but this mk 6 just havent got a clue mate

aye mate, i helped my mate turbo his mk4 cab too and it was piss easy. its only the loom thats gettin me.

IM NOT TO SURE BUT I THOUGHT THE ONLY ADDITION WAS THE CPS (CRANK POS SENSOR) NEEDED ADAPTING, POSS WITH A TRIGGER WHEEL. IM SURE THERE IS A THREAD ON THE RS OWNERS CLUB, BUT WILL HAVE A LOOK AND POST IF IF I FIND IT. CANT BE TOO MUCH MORE IN IT COMPARED TO A ZVH CONVERSION.

I found the wiring pretty straight forward when I put a series 2 engine in my mk 5 cabby. If you get stuck give me a ring on 07813 945258 and I'll try to help you.
