Guest roy1972
I've brought this 1990 500se escort cabby about 6weeks ago today I removed the trim and noticed a compartment behind the centre console underneath the dashboard I've had lots of mk4 escort but not a convertible when I removed the carpeted trim that covers it which is a different carpet to the floor which makes me feel it's been added once that was off there is a metal bracket which looks like it should hold a ecu does anyone know what it there for as it's empty head scratching on
allblue
Yes, its where the ecu sits. Carpet trim is standard ford. Has someone moved your ecu?
