New To This... I Have A Escort Mk6 Cabby 1.8 Ghia Need Info On 2.0 Silvertop Conversion

hi all i have a p reg mk6 escort cabby ghia its currently a 1.8 zetec it origanally had egr valves in the exhaust manifold well i think there called that so dont hold me to it:) i started by getting rid of the exhaust manifold/cat convertor as the cat and manifold was one whole unit i had to also get shut of the inlet manifold as the vacum pipes were attached to each manifold. i changed these to a plastic inlet which was blocked off unlike the original and separate exhaust manifold and downpipe with cat from a mk6 1.8 si hatchback, so now the cat is located under the car rather than behind the radiater. i then planned on changing to a 2.0 silvertop zetec engine but ive noticed that the ecu from a 2.0 zetec will not fit my ecu plug as ive got 104 pins and not the 60 pin ecu plug.. will i need to change the full loom to accept the correct 60 pin ecu or change certain parts of the wiring loom? im puzzled :-/ could someone please help me thanks all
