Guest tbirdbooboo
Found a set of wella multifit 8j 13" wheels and am wondering if 13s are going to fit my mk3. Its got standerd brakes on her so calipers arnt massive . Anyone know if theyll fit?? i know theyre small but i think it would look pretty cool and theyre dirt cheap so good as a backup set lol
gingergman
dont see why the 13s wouldnt go on, be carefull of the offset on them tho, the wellers i look at arnt no good for a escort really, also, how low is the car? if its standard height it may look silly but then if its too low with the 13s on it will more then likley be on the floor
Guest tbirdbooboo
Nice one cheers mate. Well i didnt get the wellers as it turned out the tyres were shot for starters but i carried on looking around and on friday im picking up some 13" ol wolfrace slot mags ( the original ones not new ones) theyre only 7j but should look sweet. Car is lowered and i have the s1 rst rims on her . I know i probably cant get 16s on her so this will be somewhat interesting lol will get some pics up when done. gingergman
16s will be fine on a lowerd, 7j would be better than 8j tho mate lol, get some pics up when you can as id be interested on what the 13s look like, not many ford owners go for small rims its more a vw thing if you ask me but i still personally reckon its cool on a ford
Guest tbirdbooboo
Yeah lots of vw's around here with the euro look . Its ok on the right car and i reckon it could work on a mk3 so worth a try especially at 40 quid lol not sure if im going to polish them up or paint them yet but either way will have pics on here for sat a.m .
