Guest DizzyBlonde
Hi, believe i wrote this in the wrong place yesterday, can anyone help e please i have got a 1991 Ford Escort cabriolet, its 20 ears old and its classed as a classic car, i have a problem with the hood it did open electronically, but found now it does not work, i took it into a garage for repairs as it would not start the battery kept going flat overnight.Since then have tried the hood but does not work except manually, there does not seem to be enough power getting to the motor can anyone help or advise please. RobMk4TwinCarb
Make sure the bit is tight that you can undo to make it work manually, I have mistaken that coming undone with the pump not having enough power in it to open the hood.
