Guest Alanman
Hi mate. The UK Mk4 does not have rear discs from factory. We use the rear discs and calipers off the Sierra Sapphire Cosworth or the Sierra XR4x4 An adaptor plate is used The handbreak cable used on ours is the Mk6 RS2000 4x4 Hope that helps. Best picture I have. Edited March 8, 2011 by Alanman
Guest gavintwopies
Yeah as said you need a conversion plate, i sell them on e-bay most of the time they work a treat. however if you mount the calipers the other way round you can get away with using the 2wd mk5 escort rs2000/130ps handbrake cable (the shortest one available off the 4 out there..... (ie 2wd mk5, 4x4 mk5, 2wd mk7 or 4x4 mk7) Edited March 8, 2011 by gavintwopies
