Guest barkerpaul Posted May 30, 2010 Share Posted May 30, 2010 hi i have a mk5 electric roof escort when i got it i forced the roof to open a bit by hand as i did not know it was electric not it dose not shut has a 1 inch gap tryed to ajust the bolts no good have disconected the roof struts still not good can any one help and tell me what i have bent on it or ware i can get another roof from thanks paul Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Cabbytech Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 Hi, my roof has about a 2 inch gap when i go to close it, but it isnt a problem, moving your roof a little by hand shouldnt have done any damage anywhere, hope this helps.
