Air Inlet Removal Problem

Starting to spruce up the engine bay and have got to my first hurdle. Have stripped one of these before on a BMW but that was easier than this. The haynes manual says to de-pressure the fuel lines for removal, is this true. Have included a couple of pics to show what i am talking about.

How does the one in the red circle come out, dont want to force it unless thats the only way to.

 

What is the gasket called in the yellow circle as cant find on ebay. Where is the best place to get the gaskets from, also the air inlet gasket when i eventually get this sucker off.

 

The last one

 

Does the fuel rail need to come off or do i just undo the bolts in yellow circle and then it comes away, i know about all the sensors but just weary about the fuel rail.
