Guest djk Posted August 16, 2009 Share Posted August 16, 2009 I want to fit a tow bar to a MK5, 92, Cabriolet but dont have the funds to go out and buy a new one so am looking on eBay and elsewhere. Can any one tell me if the Cabriolet tow bar is different from the saloon and or Orion , would also like to know if aone for a later model might fit as well. Escort Cabriolet Club Posted August 17, 2009 Share Posted August 17, 2009 It is the normal hatch back Tow Bar that they fit mate, I had a Whitter one fitted to mine earlier in the year !!! The later one may fit but double check with a dealer !!! If you do go second hand replace ALL the nuts, bolts and lock washers, also get the electrics rigged up by an Auto Electritian !!!
