badger
I want to put a 2ltr zetec in my mk4 mfi cab what do I need and how do I do it? you need to know alot it's not hard if your into engines etc, lets start by telling us what your going to run injection or carbs also you need to find efi loom and ecu or buy an aftermarket ecu to produce the spark as a zetec has a coil pack. also look at the zetec conversion guide which is in the engine tunning forum. any more questions just ask or pm me or send me your phone number and i'll run through anything you want to know. badger
i belive there's only one way to do things and thats the right way which isn't the cheap way. and then it depends on how cheap you want to do it.

Guest murcus
the cheapest way to do this is buy either an escort or mondeo and swap all the parts needed over
Escort Cabriolet Club
Agreed, a nice cheap MOT failure will do, I have seen loads go for £300 with Tax and MOT lol, you get ALL the engine bits you need, plus you may make a little extra coin selling the spares off it too !!! P.S. I chnaged the title of this Topic to help get you more info off other Members !!! :icon_salut_gb:
