Rs2k Skirts On Mk6 Cabby

im looking to put a set of rs2k skirts on my cabby, but have bn told the sit funny unless u trim them? is this true?

 

if so can eny one help me out with how to fit them?

They do sit a bit funny, Never heard of trimming them thou,

 

On the RS the whole skirt sits flush as the Cills are angled more under the car,

 

On the Cabby the same Cill is almost vertically down, so the skirt will sit out an angle you will notice the front of the Skirt sits out proudly from the cill on the cabby, but hugs the cill on the RS

is there any other skirt u could fit to a cabby that would look gd as not sure about the rs2k ones sticking out so much

Or get some Cabby Skirts as they were an optional extra on some cabbys, they are rounded and moulded to fit the Cabby perfectly.

i like the look of them. does any one have a pic of the rear o a car with they skirts and gti spats?

just need they skirts mate. got myself a set o gen ford spats for 15 posted the other week so pretty happy at that.
