Guest cabby89fmfi Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 My mk4 cabby really bangs/jolts when going over the slightest of bumps and i have to take speed bumps at about 5mph....is the suspension knackered or what else could cause this? thanks in advance! Guest Haddow Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 its the same as mine mate, could be worn bushes on the bottom arms, although cabs have hard suspension as standard.... double check it and go to a garage to get it checked out mate just in case. Guest Haddow Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 nah not yet mate, getting bodywork done first then ill get the engine sorted out first then concentrate on suspension and brakes for it, will be mostly new parts all round really or uprating existing ones that dont need it to be honest.
