Guest Alanman Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 The oil in the air box is like Charlie says, check the oil breathers are clear. This in itself shouldn't stop it starting though. The starter sounds at fault regarding the starting problem. They get really hot and stick with them being so close to the exhaust. To help it, I'd take it off and fill it with WD40 give it a shake and pour it out. Repeat a couple of times. This is only really a short term fix but might help.
